Was about to buy a glass drink dispenser on sale as a gift. Lucky I asked to check it at the counter. The bottom of the jar was broken off , ie it had no bottom to it. The sales girl said ah yes that's why it's on sale, do you want it? Really ? What? Shame on you Harris Scarfe. You deserve zero stars

They had the items we wanted and another impulse purchase. Overall it's a store that sells some quality items at a reduced price compared to Myer and David Jones.

Best customer service I've ever received in my life. The person at the tills was so kind to offer me a trolley to carry all the stuff I bought. I felt very valued as a customer. Thank you!

Selling rubbish quality products specially stone coated pots and pan with 10 warranty didn’t survive for 6 months. They were so rude to talk about warranty or guarantee. Guy said, it was used on gas for cooking, I wish I could cook on water in sink.

Went to Belconnen to look at sheets after seeing them at the outlet centre on sale and the staff being less than helpful at the outlet centre.Confirmed the price of the sheets, they weren't on sale however, the store manager went above and beyond to help us get the best price for the sheets sets. She listened to us and made sure we were happy with the price saving.

With awesome homewares, Harris Scarfe has always what you need for your house. Their prices are not great, but their items to last and sort of makes it worth their prices. From clothing, bedding, kitchenware, i will choose this over kmart any day.

Rude staff member behind the counter plus the store manager! At first, he returned one item I bought from that store which I have used for more than three months and it was without any tag and was without a proof of purchase as well when I tried to return another one, he said that he can’t do that for me because it doesn’t have any tag although it was purchased less than a month (or 28 days as per their policy) and the proof of purchase was provided to him also! What sort of store manager is that? Simply, unprofessional and on top of that, aggressive. I ended up returning that item to them for free! Bravo Harris Scarfe, will not deal with you anymore…
