Worst pizza ever and always has been , won’t return phone calls , won’t refund you and now I have hair in my pizza. Nothing ever goes right with this Pizza Hut and owners needs to be addressed . Absolutely disgusting service and as this is the 3rd time this has occurred , will be my final order ever from this Pizza Hut . Putrid

Last time I was there I received a pizza with very little toppings, was bare and you could literally see the pastry , so I made a complaint but they said if you want more topping you would have to pay an extra $20 per pizza so this worked out to be $70.I said no way there pizza is worth that much so I went to an Italian wood fired pizza shop and got 2 pizzas with plenty of toppings for $42.Pizza Hut needs to stop being so greedy by making the pizza more and more bare all the time. More toppings = happy customers and charge a few bucks more if they have to but don’t treat customers like there stupid.

My 3 pizzas was burnt and I ordered a special deal 4+4 plus an extra pizza on the side. We received only 4. My kids were so hungry they ended up eating the half of it burnt but only could eat what they could eat. I asked for a refund but now waiting for a call back from the store but what a coincidence they closed hence probably why they rushed our order and forgot one. I want a refund on the three pizzas and refund on my missed pizza on the side. I do not wanna order from this store.

I ordered delivery today at 9.30pm online ,the tracking appeared but the order never came I rang 13 11 66 to check the order the person even rang the Lurnea store no answer. I waited to 11pm. Just bad service. If you are not going to deliver the order it’s just common courtesy to tell the customer but I guess your store has none.

My brother ordered a delivery today only to find out the store was actually closed despite all sites saying they were open. Doesn't matter if he will get a full refund, the sites need to update daily so people can order from a different store, or have a system in place to ensure that people who order from closed stores will have their order automatically cancelled and refunded asap. None of this hassle of calling different numbers only for them unable to do anything and now more waiting to go through with the refund.Edit: Because you guys are making it difficult for him to get a refund despite him NEVER GETTING THE ORDER, he now has to waste time in dealing with it. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered 2 pizzas a Hawaiian and hot and spicy chicken and a garlic bread sandwich 1.25l fanta. And they gave me a meat lovers instead of hot and spicy chicken and I was at work on my break and I don't eat any other meat due to religious reasons so I didn't have any dinner. And called the store and was supposed to get a replacement and refund but they kept hanging up. This is a joke of a business

Ordered 5 pizzas and picked them up. I was satisfied with the time it took but when I got home with the pizzas there was a long brown hair in one of them. It was actually in the cheese and not just sitting on the top. I tried calling the store several times with no luck. The recording on the phone said that my number has been received but still no call back. Never again.
