I was very happy with the service I received today with Klaudia. She was very thorough and friendly. She also gave me some advice regarding the pain under my foot and gave me some exercises to practice at home. I look forward to my next appointment.

My mum has been attending Balcatta Podiatry for a long time now and Grace takes such good care of her feet and is very personable and patient and kind with the elderly. The reception staff are always helpful and take a very genuine approach to the client.

After 3 attempts to resolve a problem toe l finally found Grace at Balcatta Podiatry.Grace took one look at my toe and agreed with me on what was needed and treated it with ease. Very helpful and friendly it’s a relief to finally have found a Podiatrist that I will return too. Very happy to recommend.

Dr Klaudia Tot is a very professional podiatrist. Although her place of work has changed several times I have been very keen to retain her as my practitioner. She is not only competent but has a gentle sense of humour which puts her clients at ease immediately.

My foster son has a disability and he is also visually impaired. While treatment is very necessary, he dies not always comply - it is important for him to trust the person providing the treatment.He is happy to attend which tells me he is confident with the person delivering the treatment.Thank you so much for being empathic to my son's needs.
