On Friday morning last week I went to penny wise to get my lawn mower out to mow the yard with I was dealing with a nice man named josh and we got chatting about cars and one thing lead to another where I walked out with my lawn mower and a phone number for his mechanic in Toowoomba who’s help me out at short notice to fix my car breaks thankfully he did as he’s saved my life with the number as I’ve then called the mechanic and told them the story about my car and because I all ready had the parts for the car the mechanic shop was very nice and fixed my car on Friday morning last week thank you Joshua and penny wise staff for a good job your doing and giving out great service and helpful information about your mechanic I would like to support this shop for many years to come

I understand a business needs to do what they need to make money but treating customers with utter disrespect is appalling. I've gone in to get a price on a item and instead of treating me like a person I was instead met with a disrespectful attitude and made to feel stupid, I don't appreciate being told that I wasted my time and I should be lucky that I got the offer I did. Again I understand a businesses needs but we're still human and just wanted to be treated as such, man needs to get off his high chair

Definitely the best second-hand shopping experience in Toowoomba. Bella and the team are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I have bought a ton of items over the past few years, never been disappointed, and always been taken care of with the warranty if there is an issue with something I've bought.

I received my order today, a Samsung A8 Tablet and am seriously unimpressed- it arrived with no accessories whatsoever; no peer cable etc. I would have purchased if I h ad been advised this would be the case and will certainly not recommend this business.Very disappointing.

I purchased a statue from here via GumTree. They responded super fast and answered all questions I had in great detail. Along with this, they shipped the product to me in Victoria at a reasonable price. I received the statue today and it was packaged incredibly well. Very happy customer, I hope to purchase with them sometime in the near future!

I called up to ask about a keyboard and the lady service was more than happy to answer all my questions and provide me with the details i needed to make the purchases. Immediately purchased after that and item was received quickly in great condition at a fair price!

Bought a GoPro Hero 7 on line Staff were most helpful and arranged postage. GoPro arrived in 2 days and is just great. Very happy!
