Goulburn Toyota

Buying a car with Goulburn Toyota was a much better experience than I had anticipated. I was looking for a car for about six months across a range of brands. Going in several times and test driving a number of models until I settled on my choice (and switching a few times too). It was very easy to purchase with all the staff helping along the way.

Worst service ever - “Not our problem!”Thanks for your response David. However, my Sahara, which I bought new, is still under warranty. I simply asked that it be towed to you for the weekend so that my dealer in Sydney could arrange to pick it up on Monday. No yelling, no swearing, just frustration that you wouldn’t assist with holding on to the keys. No doubt your service manager is telling you a different story. Not to worry, my dealer went to Crookwell to pick it up from NRMA and is sorting it out. Rest assured, I won’t be bothering Goulburn Toyota in the future.

Very expensive and the service was below average.

Overpriced servicing. Better to deal with a non dealer mechanic in Goulburn. Quoted $300 for a basic service and tyre rotation on our 2011 Corrolla yet our previous dealer in Sydney does the same for $149

We purchased a vehicle from Michael, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Our whole experience was a pleasant one & we were extremely happy customer's. Michael went above and beyond & delivered exceptional customer service.

Was sworn at by the parts sales man, Brian told me to f%$# off because he sold me the wrong parts when I asked for a refund or correct parts he lied saying I was asking for parts for a hilux when I don't even own a hilux to cover up his own mistakes as he never asked what car it was for didn't check rego or vin number. refused to refund me for his mistakes and said I had to wait for a cheque in the mail to get my money back even though paid with eftpos. Was rude and when confronted about swearing at customers he quickly lied saying I didn't swear and went and hid behind his desk and tried denying doing anything wrong when asked for his name said it was on the receipt which it wasn't so I had to return to get his name for a complaint. Wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you like being sold the wrong products refused refunds and sworn at by the parts man.

Super helpful!We blew an intercooler hose off of our SR5 (2019 with 180,000 k’s on it, you should totally buy one) about a kilometre from this dealership, towing, 350 kilometres from home. Parts didn’t have any hose clamps but service were more than happy to help us out. Their kindness and simple assistance got us back on the road ❤️ thank you Goulburn Toyota ☺️

Always a good service and Ken is always great to talk to and very personable.They offer a cat rental for $29 if you are having your own car serviced which is quite useful.

Totally disinterested salesman. He offered me a test drive in a vehicle I didn't want, and was totally unhelpful about the car I in which I was interested.Canberra Toyota were much more helpful, and I'm loving my new Toyota. Sorry guys, you snooze you lose.
