Wayde has been our go to man for all things pest control for the last three years. We have always been very happy with the care he takes of our property and his excellent service. I needed a building and pest inspection done ASAP. From the get go Mike form Sunshine Building Inspections was very responsive and professional to deal with. He organised an inspection for me within literally 3 days. On the day he was joined by Joe from Resolve Pest Control. Both Mike and Joe were tremendously thorough, taking the time to not just point out but also explain any issues they find with detailed steps I can take for rectification. It's hard to find people you can trust especially when inspecting for a property purchase. I can honestly say I trust both Mike and Joe, I literally can't recommend them any higher.

I have been a customer of Resolve Pest Control for a number of years. Many homeowners do not realize that their home insurance does not cover insect damage. The check of termite traps every few weeks by Resolve staff gives me some peace of mind as I know of people who faced huge expenses to repair termite damage.

I cannot recommend these folks enough. They have been nothing but a delight to deal with in over 4 years and we're only leaving them because we're moving outside the service area. We had an infestation briefly and they immediately spotted it on a routine inspection and did all the work to remove the infestation and get us sorted (which was hours of work and many trips to our home), and they did not charge us for this service, or for extending the network of traps to make the home even safer. On the grounds they were guarding the house, they decided they would take financial responsibility even though I had no expectation of prior agreement that they would. We live in the middle of the forest, a man with a wooden leg wouldn't make it to the bottom of our garden without hoping the last 10 meters. Of all the service providers of all the services in all the world, these folks might just be the best I've experiences across the board. I curse you for seven generations should you choose another provider.

We have used Resolve a couple of times and have found them to be very professional and knowledgable. Joe's report was comprehensive and he took the time to explain the importance of any issues and recommend solutions. We were running to a tight schedule for a house purchase and he delivered on the same day. Would thoroughly recommend!

Could not recommend Resolve highly enough. They are everything you want in a small business: Efficient, Friendly, Affordable, knowledgeable and effective. The experience was seamless and before we knew it, our spider issue was gone.What I thought they did particularly well was setting expectations at the very start . They also sent updates about our upcoming booking and gave us heaps of expert advice. The whole process was so hassle-free that it almost felt like ordering an UberEats.We were so impressed with them that we will now engage them to do ongoing pest control at our property.
