Nice coffee, friendly staff

Always able to stop in and grab some last minute groceries and bite to eat. Staff are all great people.

Haven't been in Billinudgel for quite a few years, but remembered the old pub from many a good time , however decided to have a Bacon & Egg roll across the road at the Billinudgel Store instead.The egg rolls were great, stacks of bacon, couple of eggs, sauce of choice, fresh toasted bun and only $9.00 eachFriendly service and we'll certainly be back again in the near future.Highly recommended.

Always stop in here for a feed after visiting friends in the area. Friendly staff, delicious food.

So maybe it's just Billinudgel not liking anyone from outside of town coming there, but after being treated rudely at another cafe simply because I asked if I could plug in my computer, I came here to happily see a powerpoint set up next to a cafe table, looking like a nice spot to order a coffee and pie and sit down for a bit. How wrong I was. I was rudely told by a woman that I couldn't use the powerpoint and that she didn't appreciate that I came in assuming that I could. She said that it is just a takeaway establishment, and when I indicated that I was going to order something and just was waiting for my car to be serviced across the road and had to work, but then she became angrier and repeated that she doesn't want me to use the powerpoint. I asked if there was a reason, and she said because it's a takeaway establishment. I asked why have tables if that was case, and she just said she didn't like being argued with about it and told me to go elsewhere. Maybe an off day for this person too, but I'm quite in shock about how I was treated here and the other cafe over something so simple as a power point.

Tasty takeaway. The cheesy chips with gravy are legendary. Nice local goods like handmade soaps.

We are regular visitors through Billinudgel and have often stopped by for a hamburger at the store.Not sure if there has been a change of management or just a particularly rude and unhelpful staff member today.......Saturday 29th at 2pm.The hamburgers of past were delicious. What arrived today was pretty awful......cold and no toasted bun.I raised this with this young male employee and was told that’s how it is. I asked for the bun to be toasted., what came out was the whole hamburger, salad and all, being jammed into a sandwich press and delivered with sarcasm. I asked the young man if he thought this was funny and he told me he didn’t care.......which was blatantly obvious!Lousy hamburger and service on this occasion.

Arrogant and rude Is an understatement most the female staff are great! Great lil store however the price for one loaf of bread and 4 bananas came to $12.90. Now I know this is a rural store but a lot of the time the prices don’t add up. Almost feels they throw a dollar or two on then BBC and again.As I said before love the store. The male cook can be arrogant and rude as well. Mate you make burgers get over yourself and they aren’t even that good. Emergency food only. We are locals and love to support locals but this issue needs to be addressed.
