3D Stone Tiles, Pavers & Walling

I would highly recommend 3D-Stone if you are looking for good quality natural stone with excellent customer service. Tina from the West End showroom in particular, is a pleasure to deal with and is always very helpful in ensuring both I and the client are completely satisfied with the finished product.

The service initially was great, a rep turned up in a van showed us the products. The issue I am unhappy with is how I they tried to hit me up for the sealer. I was never informed about sealer until the tiles were scheduled to be delivered. I was advised to seal, so accepted advice, they tried to sell me 4 litres (because the rep always suggests 4 litres I was told) when 2 is sufficient and tried to hit me for and extra $33 delivery, even though I was paying for delivery of the tiles, interesting point the sealer was wrapped on the same pallet as the tiles. Now I find out that there is a enhanced sealer and a natural which they sent me, not even asked if I wanted a enhanced look. Running my own business I always offer information on products the customer may not know, it is not always about the sale. Now have to drive for 90 minutes to swap it over. Overall pretty poor service and would not recommend this company.

Quality of the pool paving tiles we received was poor, and it was clear that no one had quality checked them before they arrived. We received the wrong size tiles, but because there was no written outline of the discussion we had about the size I had to re-purchase the tiles. When getting the correct size tiles there was not even a discount on the new order.My advice would be: don't do anything with this company without having it in writing, it may cost you a lot. And the company won't even be accommodating when it is their mistake.

We were building and I wanted a distinct and stylish look for our Floor and Wall Tiles in our Bathrooms and also a timeless splash back tile for our kitchen. Tina in the Tile Shop was fantastic. Tina knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it. So simple and easy. I found the whole team at 3D Stone so easy and helpful to deal with. Thank you.

Highly recommend, they come to you and lots of tiles to pick from. We love the French cream, they don’t get hot which is great on those very hot days.

Small street but kept well

The stone from 3D Stone is not short from quality. The mobile showroom made it super easy to look at all the stones they have to offer, and compare them directly next to your home. We had an onsite measure to work out what we needed ordering, which made it easy. This was the only area that wasn't ideal, as what was measured was incorrect (we should have done our own measurement as well as this is what is advised from 3D Stone, but we just trusted the measure). So when we were finally able to have tradies onsite we had to order more which resulted in delays in the job being completed and extra freight charges for something we felt wasn't 100% our fault. In saying this, 3D Stone were so quick to get the extra stone out and were kind enough to give us a discount on the freight. All the staff members I spoke to were understanding, patient and had the time to explain everything to me. We would definitely use them again.
