Staff very pushy and aggressive with selling me a particular brand of electric shaver, even though that type was not suitable for my needs.While in the store I have witnessed a staff members trim her own eyebrows using one of the display models and cleaning her teeth.I am sorry and sad to report this, I rather people be aware of this.Very unprofessional.

I came in yesterday to buy a particular brand of beard wash which was out of stock. The lovely young lady behind the counter tried to find out if other stores had them and even gave me the product code to order online, fantastic customer service, thank you for your help, very much appreciated.

Very poor customer service.Staff are very unhelpful and rude.I got sold a specific brand of shaver based on there recommendation that the shaver heads were replaceable thus not having to renew the shaver.I have tried to get replacement heads for the shaver since and i keep getting told there not in stock.Can't tell me when they will arrive nor can you place an order for them.This place is a joke! Steer clear.

Be expected to be pushed into buying a product that's not suitable to you then when you want to return the product be pushed into getting something else that's not suited to you. Finally after calling head office they decide it's time to return my money.

Had one nice young American girl serve me there once, she was very polite and helpful. Though my last visit was not as cheery. I had an older male this time, and he was very unfriendly and rude. It seemed like he didn't care that I was even in the store, and once I started talking to him he gave off the most aggressive energy and was not at all helpful. Also, I placed a shipping order for a particular electric razor replacement blade 8 months ago, to which I have checked up on numerous times and they say they will get back to me". Have not heard anything back from them to this date. Incredible. Steer clear of this store if you can."

Had a problem with a Whal beard trimmer I bought here a year before. Took it back in and they suggested I upgrade to a slightly better model for $20 . Changed over no fuss. Great work team.

Try as I might, purchasing a product from you online is impossible. I get as far as the netcode, and then lose all the data I've inputted, the netcode then becomes null & void, so the roundabout starts again.

I walked into this Shaver shop, as I was interested in talking to someone about a traditional style safety razor and blades. The store lady came over to see if I needed some help. I asked for some advice and had a few questions. She said she didn’t know much about them (understandable) and went a got the other staff member (Male). I asked him about the differences between the ones they had on display etc. He was quite abrupt and and somewhat aggressive as If it was too difficult to stop stocking the shelf to answer a couple of questions. He replied “I dunno” and then turned around and continued what he was doing. Nice shop but sub-par knowledge and professionalism displayed that day. I learnt more over the last day about these razors online. Never going back.

Absolutely fantastic service from Ahmed and Tanya. Got what we needed and they provided great support and advice when asking about shaver shops products. We will be back!
