From the first contract review to the settlement outcome, Kate has been truly exemplary.We were purchasing our first home and Kate guided us throughout the whole process. Her communication is consise and easy to follow. Her contract reviews are extremely thorough, even to the extent that REA may complain that it's too detailed! But that's not our problem as having her on your side is invaluable.You may find slightly cheaper elsewhere but why would you.
