I rang to search for a discontinued suite prior to opening hours in error. The phone was answered immediately and so politely and efficiently returned my call with positive news. I purchased over the phone and it was delivered the next day by such friendly fellas. The staff here are polite, friendly, efficient and well organized. I really liked dealing with the Claremont store then 2 other stores closer to my house.

Harrison assisted us with purchasing a new mattress and our shopping was made so much easier with his knowledge and expertise. We came in looking for a mattress but realised the pillows were just luxury and we think they have helped resolve ongoing neck issues!So appreciative for great personalised customer service, we left feeling like we had made such a good decision going into bedshed that day

Super happy with the service and price at bed shed claremont. We went all over Perth to try a few shops and beds but could not find what we wanted for the right price. Claremont was having a sale and we ended up getting 2 long single mattress and 2 of the adjustment bases. This turns into a king so one side is medium the other firm. Excellent service in the show room.

I cannot recommend Bedshed Claremont enough and in particular, their Store Manager, Nigel.He went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with my purchase, acting far and above the call of duty! He always rang when he said he would ring and every query of mine was met by a smiling face eager to please. In this digital age it was so nice to be helped by someone that really 'listened' and addressed every concern with helpful solutions. He really has re-defined the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nigel the manager & Annie made our bed shopping experience relaxed & informative and we left feeling very happy & confident with our purchase.From the showroom to the warehouse staff, everyone is a pleasure to deal with & the men who came to deliver were Friendly, Professional and a Delight to deal with.A bed purchase is an important investment & I cannot recommend Bedshed Claremont highly enough!

The staff at Bedshed are amazing, very accomodating specially Nigel. He came in after work and install my bedroom suite very efficiently and happily.He took all the boxes and any rubbish and left me with a clean space.Couldnt be happier.
