Ann, Is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Extremely professional, without going over the top. Her personality is what counts. And of course her service and finished items, are second to none. Thankyou Ann.Paid another visit to this outlet with various Bedding Eiderdowns ETC.I realise that this is a business and people don't do anything for nothing. However I took along an old T. Shirt, that I use for my Gym. The shirt cost me less than $20 over ten years ago. The stitching is becoming undone on one of the shoulders (Only minute) I'm a useless man that cannot use a needle and thread, I asked Ann (The owner) if it would be possible to put a couple of stitches in the shoulder for me. Very obligingly she said yes.Then continued to say that would cost me $10. To say the least I was surprised. The order that I took to be Dry Cleaned was in excess of $120. I accepted her $10 quote for my old shirt. But nevertheless I was a little bit surprised. In my opinion not very good customer relations.David.

The service provided at this establishment is consistently fantastic. Their speedy turnaround time and reasonable prices are noteworthy. I have entrusted them with several items of clothing, some of which had challenging stains such as coffee and industrial grease, and they were all expertly taken care of. So happy with the quick turnaround and good job on my dry cleaning last week. I flew in from Sydney on Thursday for a traditional Hindu wedding on Saturday. I only managed to find my outfit days before my flight so I couldn’t get it to the dry cleaners in time before my flight. I explained the situation and they were able to dry clean my 3 piece Indian dress in less than 8 hours. I was even willing to pick it up the next day but she did it on the same day after I dropped it off at 8am. The dress had not been worn for a long time and she was able to remove the musty smell completely. It smelt so fresh and was so clean. I think she even tidied up some of the loose threads around the hem and details. 5 stars would recommend. Also competitive pricing.

Amazing service! Brought back my white silk jacket back to life! Was able to treat tomato sauce stain! The jacket is nearly 30 years old!

Friendly staff, and the dry cleaning is a very fair price. It's cheaper if you pay cash!Another heads up: Just check what their opening hours are like in the lead up to your pickup. I didn't realise I only had the day it was ready to pick it up before the Christmas holidays, and had to wait well into the new year to get it. I think it was about 2 weeks. So that's something to consider if you're getting it ready for the holidays.

I took a king size duvet to Classic on Friday. I was asked when would l like to pick it up, l said next Monday. I received a text message on Saturday telling me the Duvet was ready to be picked up.Excellent service, First class job, very reasonable price.I would highly recommend Classic Dry-cleaner’s Forrest Lakes.
