Massive shout out to Mariella for working with us, listening to us and helping us chose a washing machine today. She was honest about the various attributes of machines, when she couldn’t give us an answer she would go to look it up for us, didnt pressure us for a quick sale but was prepared to spend the time with us to make the right and hopefully long lasting decision. There are so many occasions lately where one can be made to feel that your interrupting the salesperson from their social media scrolling.Complimentary coffee wasn't too bad either.Thanks.

Feeling very dissatisfied with my E&S experience.Great service at the time of choosing my new oven, purchased and paid for a discontinued display item at a very good price but that’s where the service ended. Almost 4 weeks later I called to check on the delivery and was informed that ‘my’ oven was still at the store on display!So still needs to be removed from the store, sent to the Noble park warehouse and then organise delivery!E&S you pride yourself on customer service but follow up, delivering on time and customer satisfaction is always top priority!Hoping my oven will arrive quickly after this review and that I won’t have to request a refund.

Let me just say this, I ordered a washing machine online and the service was tremendous. Over and above communication, they took my old machine and placed the new one perfectly with the current dryer on top. My elderly mother in law was at home and doesn’t speak English, they were extremely kind and provided great service. Not sure the names of the delivery men, but I wish you and your families nothing but the best

Lowest price + Free delivery and removal compared to all other big brand stores. Order was delivered in 3 days with full tracking + delivery window. Delivery team was great and resolved minor issue with the product within an hour. Recommend and will buy again.

Excellent service! I bought a dishwasher and had Danny come to deliver and install. The care and quality of service was exceptional. Everything done properly and even took me through all the fetaures of the machine. Thank you Danny and E&S. Keep it up!

Goodness me, exceptional service. Beyond what we expected. Great price for our product too (on sale!!). Product received in excellent condition, on time, great communication. We had an issue with our washing machine after it was installed, and they were super quick to check it and fix the issue (within the week). No hassle, no fuss. Stress free for us. Profesional delivery people, cleaned up after themselves which is always courteous and makes you feel that they bother to give that little bit extra service to make you feel good about your purchased product. Keep it up! Would shop here again.

Bought a pair of pop-up wastes for our bathroom basins in Feb but plumber showed up today and told us they were not suitable. Called E&S Preston and Maria was very helpful in recommending another brand that would fit our requirements whilst Melinda kindly assisted with the refund which was much appreciated. I needed the new ones straight away and Maria made sure they were ready for pickup in their warehouse at Noble Park. Drove there and Fazlyn got the order sorted and I picked up the new items & returned the previous fittings to John at the warehouse. Thank you everyone for assisting me today (in such short notice) & providing good old service with a smile. Plumber is happy & so am I!!!

The place is flash - must cost a fortune to run it, but despite this, the prices are equal to online-only stores (for ovens, anyway). This tells us two things - the markup on ovens is pretty substantial, and they're competitive. A good range of ovens to look at, and staff are knowledgeable and handy. We ended up buying an oven from here, for exactly that reason.
