Very helpful team. Paid $5 to get new windscreen wiper rubbers installed. The guy installing noticed that my wiper was loose and went to the extra effort of quickly realigning and tightening it for me. Very good experience. Quick, easy and professional

Went into get a small jar of paint , 30 minutes before close, bloke said can’t do it with 15 minutes left and I said it’s 30 minutes. Was rude, blunt and unhelpful. Spilt paint on himself which is hilarious. Handed back the jar with paint on it, I said Thankyou and he ignored me. Pr*ck

Poor customer service..Wanted some advice & info before I spend $400.00 ..They couldn't be bothered in getting up off the stool from behind countet to show me the part I needed..Too hard!!!Didn't get the sale Boyz!!!

Staff aren't interested in customers which is odd for a business. Happy to talk amongst themselves and not acknowledge you in the slightest. Googled my way through the questions I had in-store since no one was interested in helping me. Funny enough I googled my way to a competitor's website after about 15 mins. They were very helpful over the phone so I left and went to see them instead. This is about the 3rd time I have come in store and I get the same result hence the review. Won't be a 4th.

This store is always well stocked, but there was a time when the product knowledge and customer service was lacking. NOT ANYMORE! Under the new manager Scott and his right hand man, Micheal, the product knowledge is superior and the customer service is next level. Well done lads for making a good shop great.
