Great team here, very friendly and informative people. Good range and quality of products. The self-serve dog wash is top quality - warm water, auto shampoo and conditioner and a blow dryer.

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was publicly humiliated by the store manager because of an error they made in overcharging me close to $200. Anytime I tried to explain I needed the money back today because of bills she continued to blatantly interrupted me telling me to calm down and to say please" or nothing was gonna happen. judging by other reviews here it seems like a common complaint with this store manager... By the way
