So thankful to have discovered such a great, professional and friendly service. William is caring, kind and an incredibly good podiatrist. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Perfect treatment for plantar fasciitis. After leaving it untreated for so long, I’m so happy with how great my foot feels now :)

Was told one price over the phone after explaining my situation, then the price doubled when I went to my consultation, was then assured by the doctor that he was 97 percent sure that he could clear my issues so went ahead with the treatment as I was in need of it, after no real improvement after treatment over the course of a year I was told I either pay again or there’s nothing they can do and also that they had been treating me for something that now they think I didn’t even have. Feel robbed and let down once again by another health care facility

Siobhan is a wonderful Podiatrist who has been treating my special needs son this year. She is engaging, patient, gentle,good at her job and a pleasure to deal with. Our son is Autistic with anxiety and other disabilities but is very comfortable with Siobhan and trusts her treating his feet. I have no hesitation recommending her.

I was seeing Dr William Zalloua for couple of times to fix my chronic ingrown toenail and recently I decided to go ahead with a nail ablation surgery. The whole process was nice and smooth without any complications. The recovery was painless and quick and I am extremely satisfied with the result. Dr Zalloua a truly knowledgeable, professional specialist and a wonderful, caring person. Our kid is seeing him on a regular base as well and we have always been happy with the outcome of the treatment. The whole team of Castle Hill Podiatry Clinic is amazing: helpful and supportive, working hard for the patients. The Practice Manager and the receptionists are well organised and extremely friendly. We would highly recommend Castle Hills Podiatry.

My experience here was not so great. After attending for a year and having paid alot of money, no change was taking place and they seemed to lose interest and also not take any responsibility for what happened. I have stopped attending and will find another practice that perhaps takes a more traditional approach to things rather than a place that relies on technology and then blames the technology when it doesn't work. They did not make or encourage the follow up appointments that they mention in the review response.

Shout out to Will. He is friendly, caring, top professional!My father had in-grown nail issue for more than a year. He did visit doctor back in India but the issue kept re-surfacing. He was visiting us here in Sydney this year and I took him to Castle Hill Podiatry. Will gave us confidence that a minor surgery and Laser can prevent the issue from re-surfacing. We agreed to go ahead and are glad to share that our experience has been great.Will answered all our questions, appointments were on-time, explained the process, very caring through out and told us that he is just a phone call away for any issues. I am so glad that my father is walking normal again with no pain. I can't recommend James highly enough... but i'll try! Having let an ingrown toenail get to the point I could barely walk, James was calm, precise and - most noticeable of all - assuredly confident during my initial consultation that not only would he be able to correct this problem, but he would ensure that you'd never know I had the surgery to begin with.If you're worried about getting this surgery, like I was, let me assure you that if you see James, there's absolutely no need to fear. I had only ever been exposed to my older relatives' toes, whose surgeries were back in the 80s. They look butchered, and that had me firm in my desire to avoid surgery at all costs.Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I'd been limping for 14 months for no reason at all.I was walking pain-free the same day, back to playing sport the next week, and I'm thrilled to report that, just 4 weeks later, there is now zero evidence that I ever had an ingrown toenail, let alone surgery to remove a sliver of wayward nail that was, by James' admission, huge!Google should increase its rating to 6 stars for practitioners like James.

I have been visiting Castle Hill Podiatry for a few years now, and the level of care and professionalism from Siobhan has been absolutely amazing. The orthotics she made for me have been brilliant, as I’m on my feet hours a day for work. Every time I have been in since that first visit, she has always greeted with a smile and her patience, friendliness and expertise has kept me coming back! Thank you Siobhan!

Highly recommend Castle Hill Podiatry, excellent treatment and service. Admad is friendly and knowledgeable and has successfully treated me for a fungal infection on my toe and ingrown toenail over the years. We travel 45 minutes to see Ahmad and refuse to go anywhere else

Dr Siobhan Kelly has those twin qualities we all yearn to find in our medical professionals - kindness and competency. I live almost 2,000 kilometres away from Castle Hill Podiarty and Dr Kelly - but I don’t care how far I have to travel, I don’t want anyone else to look after me. If she moves to the Yukon of Alaska or the Andes of South America, I’ll follow her there. I trust her completely. She has my eternal gratitude and admiration. My only complaint - and I’m serious - is that Google only allows me to give Dr Siobhan Kelly a maximum 5 stars. She deserves 5,000 stars.
