The main purpose of this Company is to propose and invoice services, no matter if those services are carried out by incompetent interpreters, and therefore to the detriment of the recipient of that service. I notified the owner of the incompetence and negligence of one of their operators during a Court hearing and submitted a request for them to no longer assign that interpreter to these disputes, only to find that the same interpreter was again sent to the following hearing, thereby causing damage to my Case and compromising the outcome for me as a result of the shortcomings and lack of professional competence of the interpreter.The owner's attitude is that no importance should be given to my detailed complaints submitting in writing because their Company is paid by the Court and not by me!Mine is an unbiased, real account of what actually happened and it demonstrates the total lack of respect this Company has for whomever the unfortunate recipient of their services happens to be...an attitude which discredits them considerably.It is a Company to avoid if at all possible!
