I only went to this salon because my beauty therapist was on holidays so I was kind of desperate. OMG never again .Firstly the rudeness to a first time clientNo welcome no nothingPedicure was a disasterShe rushed the whole service in literally 15 minutes , no massage or scrub .Nails were cut so so short , I can see she was so inexperiencedI asked no nail Polish as I couldn’t sit there no longerI literally went else where after this to get it done probably.Please Ladies read reviews before you step into this salonCustomer service appalling and inexperienced staff

As a male i was very intrigued and satisfied with the service provided by Jessica. My toes were very crusty and malnourished, however, with her assistance she was able to help me with my pedicure. As a first time customer experiencing the nature of a pedicure i was very happy with the value, quality and professional conduction lovely Nails & Beauty provided. I will definitely be back soon and would recommend.

Terrible. I never write reviews and did contemplate whether I should post this but thought it was for the best. I grew my nails for 4 months to get to a length and shape I wanted and the nail lady cut them down after I said not too. I then told her I wanted French tip but thin and she put it as thick and I asked her to re do one nail and she refused. She then was shaking my hand when she wanted me to check the next nail because I was looking down at my phone. Rude and unprofessional !!!

Had a full set of nails put on I was absolutely shattered with the way they were on and how they looked. Instead of having 1 person do my nails it was like a pit stop, next next next. When I was charged 55.00 and today I had to go to a different salon to have these fixed and the way I wanted them. Will never go here again.Waste of money and Time, I was too embarrassed to even go back cause they all speak another language and u don’t know what the hell they are saying and staring at u.Not a happy customer

Came in for acrylic removal and new set as my usual place was closed and I was desperate.She used a spare nail tip to remove my acrylic and completely destroyed my nail bed.It genuinely hurt and I kept flinching in pain but she didn't seem to care. She actually dug into some parts of my actual nail bed because she thought it was the acrylic. So now 3 of my nails are bleeding.I asked them to just clean up my nails and I would pay and she seemed genuinely shocked that I didn't want to go ahead with a new set after she kept hurting me??The place is always quiet and it makes sense why now. Worst salon EVER

Go somewhere else! Between the failure to be able to communicate & just sheer rudeness, recommend you go somewhere like Desire Nails instead. Only went here because thought we could get ear piercing done as well but on asking about ear piercing received shrugged shoulders & ‘I don’t know’. Learn some customer service people.
