I trust Judy with my waxing she is fantastic and Troy is amazing on acrylic nails. This couple are so welcoming friendly and lovely. They are professional and treat you like you are apart of there family. I moved out of the area and drive down just to ensure the lovely Judy does my eyebrows and upper lip been going to them for years and never had a problem with the quality. Great service.

Friendly folks, and the salon is always clean, bright, and pleasant. Prices are excellent, and so is the quality of service. My daughter and I go here for pedicures, and she likes to get nail extensions with SNS dipping powder, and we're both always very pleased with the results. Note that this is a CASH ONLY business, so be sure to have cash available, or just walk the couple of blocks to the nearest ATM, I suppose.

been here countless times and never had a problem but today i went to get short french tips with a line of glitter where the white meets the nail, the white was more than half my nail was white and she’s done the glitter in the wrong spot and it looks like a child did them do better and don’t even get me started on my friends i wish you could upload photos

I have been going to Qute nails ever since they have been opened about 15 years. I WILL NOT go anywhere else as Tri and Judy treat every customer as a name and not a number and there prices are currently up to date with every other nail places around. I have just recently transferred from Acrylic to SNS nails and still find that Tri and Judy have a large variety of colors to choose from. And my Auntie also thinks that it's the best place to get her nails done as they remember her name and looks forward to going to get her nails done when in Victoria.

Always love my manicures here. Relaxing, reasonable prices, clean and nice, friendly couple. Located close to Croydon station in laneway. Have had pedicures there before too. It's my treat to myself.

Service was adequate with a lovely couple that own the place.Reviewing 2 star due to hygiene.I witnessed A lady get nipped during a spa pedicure and was bleeding alot. To which they only wipe with a tissue, placed back into the spa bath with out plastic wrapping/protection of the bath or the toe, and also filed with 1 of their communal nail files and cutical cutters.

I just came in the get my nails done before a big trip, I asked for tips, the girl put on tips that were 2 sizes too small. I told her they’re too small for my nail size, like ignored me and told me it would be fine I said again they were too small! They finally soaked them off and did them again. They didn’t bother with my cuticles, my nails are a thick and chunky mess. I asked for a square rounded short natural look and I got the shiftiest manicure I’ve ever had!! Safe to say I will not be back ever again and will spread the word!!!

got my nails done there, nearly all of them cracked not even a few days after getting them. I got two fixed but got told it’s because i didn’t look after them, which i did, it’s not hard to look after them. Lovely lady but rushes and they crack easy.
