We used The Local Plumper after being recommended by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. We had a young man named Eddie come help with a tap repair and problems with our water heater after being quoted an unreasonable amount from other plumbing businesses in the area. Eddie was polite, professional, efficient and was happy to explain what was causing our issues. We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend to our family and friends for any of their plumbing needs!

We had a plumber come to fix our shower that was leaking constantly. He was extremely professional and punctual. We will definitely call Mark again for future issues!

Les, Luke, Matt and Mitch are a highly competent, solutions focused and respectful, courteous team.They arrived on time, worked hard and completed a difficult job in a timely and tidy manner.No question was too difficult or silly for them and I learnt a lot about sewerage and storm water systems!I highly recommend this crew and this company!

Outstanding service from both Dexter and Kieren with regard to the repair of ageing HWS and advice regarding whether it would be more economical to invest in a new system. Having made the decision to go with a new HWS they were able to organise delivery within the hour and whilst waiting Dexter kindly offered to replace the door seal on my shower for me. Once the unit was delivered he installed it efficiently and cleaned the surface and surrounding area leaving everything neat and tidy. Upon noticing that the new unit was a different shade to the original one Dexter has ordered a matching panel which he will deliver and install at no extra charge - good old fashioned customer service in every way! Will highly recommend them to family and friends and put my trust in The Local Plumber in the future. Many thanks!

Best emergency plumbers in Melbourne! Came out to look at my parents place as they had a blocked drain which we were visiting. They were on time, super professional and really friendly. It was a big job but their pricing was very reasonable and honestly I couldn't recommend them anymore!
