I am absolutely appalled at the legislation created as a result of NMI work regarding non sale of frozen Marinara from Woolworths. I have often purchased it in the past and was mortified this morning to find out that I was no longer able to buy it frozen, however, I could buy it once it was defrosted. WHAT ABOUT SAFE FOOD HANDLING. After it is defrosted I am not able for safely refreeze it for later use. I DON'T CARE if 1 kg of this product when frozen is not a true indication of the seafood's actual weight ice. Remember basic science 1 gram of water is the same weight as 1 gram.
