Tina is everything you hope to have in an Agent and more. From the very first phone call to the day we collected the keys, Tina was willing and able to support throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of her work and was able to answer all of our questions and queries immediately. When it came to negotiating the contract, her communication was clear, effective and most importantly, timely. At no point through the process were we left wondering or waiting on information about how to proceed. Tina was willing to be contacted outside of normal work hours through the week, and on weekends to ensure that all of our questions were answered. Even when she had family matters to attend to, Tina would keep her lines of communication open. Lorie sold the house at a great price in a short time (2 weeks). Excellent local area knowledge. She communicates well and frequently to keep me up to date about prospective buyers. Lorie was proactive with the whole process, even after the contract was signed to ensure everything went through to settlement smoothly. She is also focussed on getting the best price for us, rather than the easiest and quickest sale. So she didn't leave money on the table. She sold the house in 2 weeks, she was able to sell at the upper end of the price range. Highly recommended.
