Precise plumbing & drainage

Josh was recommended to me through a colleague, and did a vanity, toilet and shower fitting install. He was flexible, easy to communicate with and did an exceptional job of the bathroom. Would highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for plumbing works.

We highly recommend Josh. He is very professional, quick-responsive, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very likable. We called Josh to fix our broken drainage pipe, he responded so quickly and attended the next morning with necessary tools. Josh also replaced our bathroom and garden taps and offered help to set up a smart irrigation system if needed. His price was reasonable. We definitely call him for any plumbing needs.

10/10. Honest, Genuine, Reliable, More than reasonably priced, Accommodating, Personable, Knowledgeable, Punctual and Efficient. I cannot fault Josh and have no complaints. It’s difficult to find a decent, reliable and honest tradesman. I spent a couple of hours reading reviews, wondering if written by family or friends and if legitimate. I had no idea who to ring and no ‘word of mouth’ recommendations. I am relieved and fortunate I was drawn to Precise Plumbing. Josh answered the phone promptly, attended my Karabar house first thing in the morning on 29 March 22 as promised, and efficiently fixed the blocked drain caused by tree roots. Quite a few years ago I used a large well-known company for the same problem and was told I would need to rip up half the backyard costing thousands. Josh was pleasant, good natured and easy to talk to. He instilled trust. We gave Josh a little extra money as his price was more than reasonable and he displayed strong work ethics which showed integrity. In hindsight he was so fairly priced, we should have given him a little more money – next time. I would highly recommend Josh from Precise Plumbing. Save yourself a headache and take my advice which I believe is just as good as ‘word of mouth’.

Josh was great to work with and a likable fellow. Great communicator, very quick to book in the job. He turned up when he said he would; did a neat job and price was very competitive compared to a lot of other plumbers I rang. Knew what he was doing with the gas and all done in 90 minutes. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends and family.

Josh was very responsive & reliable. He showed up when he said he would & replied to my phone call & texts very quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism & skills. He diagnosed the problems with my toilet & shower very quickly & fixed it straight away. Josh is definitely on my call back list & I highly recommend him for all plumbing work.

Josh did a fantastic job in my newly renovated ensuite bathroom, so when a leak sprang up in a completely different bathroom (unrelated), he was more than happy to come over take a look and fix it up on the spot.Pics are from the Reno job he was a part of.

I posted an ad looking for a local plumber for the installation of an outdoor trough. I was fortunate enough to hear from Josh who gave me a fair quote and promised me some of his plumbers who would be there in a reasonable time, which they were. Tim and his apprentice were really nice, easy to talk to guys who got down to business and got the installation done really quickly and efficiently despite a sudden thunderstorm and downpour. I just want to say we were really happy with the final outcome and all the staff at Precision Plumbing were awesome to deal with and I am happy because I think we have now found a plumber we can use and rely on in the future so a big thank you guys and all the best!

They hooked up a gas connection and installed a gas stove. No problems, all works great. They were here when they said they’d be, did the job pretty quick and the price was good.

Tim came out and replaced my gas hot water system with an instant hot water system. He ran a new water line to the kitchen tap. What a lovely young man. Knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was quick and cleaned up his mess. Affordable. Highly recommended.
