We hired BPure to do a bond clean, including carpet steam cleaning. After the clean was complete, it was immediately evident that the house was unclean.The floors had not been mopped. In the carpets we could rub our hands over and get chunks of fluff. The vacuum they used was worse quality than our own and did not pull anything out of the carpet.The walls were not touched, not a single smudge cleaned even though in the quote it says walls spot cleaned.The bathroom had mould in the grout and after the second time they came back, saying it would not come out, it took us 5 minutes to get some exit mould and clean it ourselves.They did come back a second time to actually do the mopping after we complained, and attempted to vacuum again, but we had already spent the entire day cleaning after them. We had friends come and help, who all were shocked at the state the bond cleaners left it in.Toilets were not scrubbed.Skirting boards not wipedWindow tracks not vacuumedSoap scum left on showersFans left with heaps of dustPower points wiped with filthy clothWe contacted the owner, but they made lots of excuses, but unfortunately they make you pay upfront, so they can do what they want. They did say they would come back a third time to clean, but we didn't have the time as the house was being sold and its not our job to tell them how to clean, specially when we paid a lot. No compensation was given.

Couldn't be happier! Tom was easy to communicate with and payed attention to all the details from our very first chat. He's team was professional and left the house sparkling!Needless to say we got all the bond back without an issue.I hope we won't have to move again any time soon, but if we do, I will definitely hire these guys again with no hesitation. Thank you!

I used Bpure cleaning services today to pressure clean our roof and the exterior of our house. Very impressed with the way the house came up. Shai who attended our place was punctual and polite. His attention to detail and work ethic was seriously impressive. Would have no problem recommending Bpure to anyone looking for cleaning services. Would definitely use again.

Very disappointed with the whole experience and the end result of the job. DON’T GET FOOLED!First of all, Tom (the owner) quoted me $200 to $250 but then invoiced me $385.Tom was a very nice guy over the phone he raved about having the best machine around which would work better than any other carpet cleaner.I sent photos of the carpets and he came to check out the place and he kept talking his job up before starting. I was delighted and hopeful he would do a great job.Turns out he couldn’t get my carpets looking much better, AT ALL. Some guy came back one time after that (included in the quote) to work on the stains which didn’t make much of a difference.After the job was over he just kept on saying “we are no magicians” to justify not being able to get 90% of the stains out.The worst of this whole experience was the below:Tom sent me the invoice before even finishing the job (!) : it was agreed they would come back a second time to work on the stains and that was part of the initial quote, Tom sent me invoice reminders every days even though the job wasn’t finished AND! once they finally came back to work on the stains the guy held my house keys in hostage until I pay the invoice on the spot, as if I wasn’t going to pay it. So rude, this is the worst experience I’ve had.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!!

A terrible company to deal with! We engaged BPure to complete a bond clean on the basis they guaranteed our bond back. That was the first of many lies told by Tom. Upon competition of the clean they left the house very dirty and didn't even mop or sweep the floors. My first encounter with his staff was his manager sitting on the toilet playing on his phone with the door open. Their strategy is to do as little as possible then argue with the real estate! Very unprofessional and I ended up completing the clean myself. I do not recommend this company and they need to chase out of the Northern Rivers area. We are based in Lennox Head. Just shocking to deal with!Response to Bpure - More lies! what a joke to say we didn't complain! When we did you just abused us! And to say its all on video? How I would love to see that. It would show the poor state the house was left it. Please send it me!

My floors were still stained after they did the job so I had to pay another guy to clean my carpets. I found their service very poor and the owner seems quite shady. Don't use them.

Tom and his team do a great job every time I call them!They provide an excellent service, efficient team, great work and what is more important, they are great human beings.They have cleaned a coach and carpets for me and results were above my expectations! This last time I had an emergency: my cat peed on my car seat and Tom + team helped me at a very short notice, getting rid of the smell and doing a deep clean on my car seat!I highly recommend Bpure Cleaning Servicies :)
