We would like to acknowledge the great customer service Brent has given us.This is an honest review.I visited many different service centres for bathroom-ware around the Illawarra. I have met many people to try and assist with our new home being built. The service portrayed and information conveyed was exceptional from Brent who I met through Harvey Norman Warrawong.Brent is different, he understands the situation and genuinely tries hard to deliver a product the customer is after.We would like to thank Brent at a higher level who exceeded our expectations.He assisted us like it was his own home and we are very thankful for that.We saw Brent, approx 3 months ago and he should be acknowledged, honoured for his great service!Thank you Brent !!!Mel and Adam ;)

Love Harvey Norman. A huge store and staff are all super friendly and helpful. A large variety for all things outdoors, electrical bedding and loungeroom merchandise. Worth looking in.

Never an issue with the sales and customer service in store however the warehouse is another storyWaiting to pick up a small electrical appliance, the wait time extended way past reasonable. (Over half hour) Delivery truck comes in 10 mins after us and is attended to first. Customers who come in after us get served first...what the hell?.!! Lots of walking around by staff with empty trolleys and the appearance of looking busy. One guy doing all the work with others looking like they'd rather be somewhere else.Honestly get your act together. Not the first time this has happened either.

Electrical Department has the worst customer service!Just waited 15 minutes in the camera section to be served! We asked the Register Guys if they could call someone but no one came!Watched 1 couple leave in the coffee machine section and another family leave in the camera section after waiting for service!We walked out with nothing and went to Domayne where we were served instantly and paid within 5 minutes.Do not reccomend!

Recently bought bathroom fixtures at Harvey Norman Warrawong with Brent and Harvey. Amazing experience. The support flexibility and advice expertise has saved us so much when dealing with our builder. So Happy with the team at Harvey Norman - they are the best.

Would give minus stars if I could. Went in hoping to buy a computer but was greated with the most pushy salesman I have ever met I think his name was Shane must be on commission because he was trying to get every cent out of me anyway he could trying to sell me stuff after repeatedly telling him no, felt so uncomfortable with him and the whole experience I ended up walking out and will never be shopping here again after spending thousands over the last 30 years!!! Don't shop here!

Couldn't fault this place. A step above the rest. Quite a large store and has everything you could possibly need to either set up or upgrade your home. The difference here is the staff and the quality customer service they provide. We dealt with probably 5 or 6 different staff members over a couple of days, all from different sections of the store and every single one of them was friendly, kind, helpful and above all, honest. They aren't out to sell you something for the sake of it. They will spend the time, talk you through different options and genuinely find you something that suits your needs

Steven from the Computer/mobile phone section at Harvey Norman Warrawong was amazing. He gave great advice and not only sourced a photo card reader for my iPhone, but got in his car and drove to the warehouse to get it as there wasn’t one in the store. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!

Attended Harvey Norman Warrawong following instructions from their own live chat salesperson, I had a price guarantee email offer from Harvey Norman. All i needed to do was present it in store and complete payment.Once i got their and presented the offer, the in-store salesman starting talking about how that was a cash only price like this was some sort of car yard, nowhere in their T&Cs does it mention cash only prices". Not to mention that he was blatantly lying as i could same day click and collect from that very store on the website using any payment method i wanted. Appalling customer service."

Have had a terrible experience and am still waiting for my furniture. Usually if you pay 3k for a couch it's at least delivered to you at some point. Apparently I paid to sit on my floor for 6 months. Amazing experience all round. I will ensure I tell everyone how awful this company is.
