Always happy to recommend Ultra Tune Roxburgh Park. These guys take pride in their work and it shows by how my car drives when leaving the shop. I have found them very friendly and professional and are very reasonable when compared to what dealerships charge for the same work. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a new place to get my car serviced that was close by and so happy with the team at Ultratune. They are super helpful, friendly, efficient and honest. Hard to find these days, car service at Ultratune also includes 12 month roadside assist, which I thought was great! They also provide a pick and drop off local service so you're not caught out without a way to travel to and from home/work. Prices were very reasonable. Appreciate your service and will continue to take my car here. Keep up the great work!

I’ve taken my car here the last 3-4 times (I have an 2018 car and service every time my car prompts me) and all they do is an oil change. And so I took it to my local mechanic and he showed me how bad the air filter and cabin filter was. The cabin filter dirty like that can cause soo much health issues for me. Absolute disgrace that they don’t even care and just do the bare minimum. Wouldn’t ever come back. Super disappointed given your reviews and reputable brand.

I have been having my vehicle serviced at Ultra Tune, Roxburgh Park for years. I cannot fault them. The staff are friendly and helpful and the price beats any other Ultra Tune in the local area.

My daughter who is an university student have been servicing her car at Roxy Ultratune for the past few years. A few weeks ago, she took her car for a scheduled service and had an engine oil, battery and spark plugs replaced, costing $550. She informed the mechanics that her car engine did not sound right but was told that being an old car, it was normal. A few days later, her car broke down on a highway. It was towed to another workshop and diagnosed later that the car's timing belt gave way. The engine was damaged beyond repair. Since the cost of replacing the engine was more than the cost of the car, she had no choice but to send the car to the wreckers. I am very happy that my daughter did not get hurt on the highway as a timing belt giving way on an highway is a very dangerous situation. But we are very disappointed with Roxy Ultratune for not picking out the timing belt issue although my daughter had repeatedly mentioned to the mechanics that there was something not right with the engine. She complained to the Ultratune complaint officer but was snubbed off that the car was old. It was a big financial loss for my daughter and we will never take our cars to Roxy Ultratune again.
