They didn't hard sell. They just gave me the best price with some information to allow me to do my own research. I accepted, paid a deposit. The job was done within a couple of weeks. So simple and easy. Highly recommended.

I have no issue with the installation of the solar panels and all associated equipment. A great job.The installer left some residual debris behind without much cleaning. Movement of tiles was inevitable but some cracked cement parts were not sealed. I had to do the sealing after failure to get much action. I also noticed that the firmware in SMA inverter was not up to date, and it had the wrong country code as advised by SMA support. It took considerable emailing and contact to get the firmware upgraded and the correct country code. In summary Solar Link did a good job but the after-installation service was slow such as getting Electrical Safety Certificate, register to grid etc. In summary I do recommend them for solar installation.

4-5 weeks install, that was 1st December , email in the 20 January stock will be shipped to installers early next week, another email 15 February “ she has confirmed a date will be provided to you on Wednesday, the 22nd of February. We will also share the installer's details accordingly”. Spoke to representative this evening and told installer we attend our house in the 10 March. Also told that someone called me last week to inform me the date change “no call made” asked for compensation for the power for the last 3 months which I don’t think is too much to ask. All in all I would not recommend this company the communication is appalling

Our decision to go with Solarlink was not price driven, it was because they knew what they were talking about !! They never installed within the quoted time frame, but had valid explanations as to why they were running behind ! Its all to easy to be critical of any service, but Solarlink supplied and installed our solar battery's within a reasonable time frame & in a professional manner, Final payment was only ever paid when the job was completed and we were totally satisfied with works The installation was neat, site guys were polite Would defiantly recommend Solarlink

19 long weeks from deposit to final installation of system. Not 4 to 6 weeks as advertised. When I enquired at the 6 week mark what was happening they asked for the deposit again. The eventually came 9 weeks later with different system than was quoted with less panels 6.5kw now a 5.5kw. Offered $200 of original price as compensation. Or I could wait till they got the right system sent. I went with the smaller system. Unfortunately only half the panels worked and we had to set up the catch power system ourselves as the electrician didn't. The power company would not pass the system to be on the grid. We had to wait 10 weeks for the electrician to return to fix the problem and when he did it was the night after his Christmas party as the amount of alcohol that was coming of his breath made me gag. We still have not received a warranty for the system as the company said they don't bother there clients with all that.i made multiple requests for documents still haven't got any but I have lots of glossy brochures that talk about warranty for the system they were going to install. The day after the system was passed by the electric company they demanded full payment still no warranty supplied. All I can say is run run as fast as you can don't stop just run they were a horrific company to deal with.

Everything went smoothly from day one. Staff and contractors were all reliable and polite. Rebate went through without a hitch. No scamming here. Thank you, much appreciated. Would recommend.

Their knowledge was great and explained everything to us such as how the system worked and how to use the App to see how much solar we are producing. We found their installers professional too. Just had a 6.6 solar system and battery 10.1 alpha ess installation by solarlink. Communication in office could be better.luke was wonderful to deal with even offered to help after hours. Can't say a bad word about Luke wonderful. Very happy with my system. Pat Byrne and his team where really good fitting the system too.great work to his team.would work with this mob again.
