Mona Ferry

On the way to Mona the Posh pit gold ferry was the best experience and the food was great as they accommodated for gluten free. The return trip on the silver felt a little less special with it being a mad rush to get onboard and staff felt as if they were in a chaotic rush due to capacity( they did well but it impacted the personal experience)Also, the silver ferry layout is subpar when compared to the Gold for a couple.Mona side queuing needs to be refined. I suggest being ready in advanced else your queue will be fairly large to board and posh pit ticket holders are lost in the crowd.

Great way to get to Mona that really added to the experience

We are sitting in the MR-I toward to the Mona art gallery on the 1 May 2023 morning. The boat is very organised and clean. A lot of sittings area and chairs.

Great experience of travelling posh in to mona by ferry, amazing service, complimentary alcoholic beverages and delicious finger food. Staff was very friendly and courteous. This is the way to treat yourself on a ferry trip, it was also affordable too. Thank you!

So much better going in the posh pit, you get nibbles and flowing drinks. Staff are great and make the experience even better. Definitely a great added experience to start and end your Mona visit.

Posh pit, definetly worth it! Eithin the 22min journey, If you drink fast, you can get 3 glasses of sparkling Reisling on the outward trip AND the return! In the morning they serve a beautiful lasagna toastie, and on the return they serve cute little sweet treats.

Really cool experience, the views along the river on the trip I enjoyed more than the mona itself, if you are going to the museum your truely missing out if you arrive any other way.The crew were incredibly helpful with organising everybody to get on board and with all the food and drink offered onboard

Nice modern ferry that takes you to and from MONA in under half an hour. Double decker with both outside and inside seating, along with seating area decorated with a cow and some cute sheep. Beer and pies served on deck. Ferry is a little noisy though
