Terrible experience. Urgent inspection has been required on a Monday for a pre purchase timber pests inspection. Report only arrived two days later.Report is a mess not even reviewed.Lots of non sense and only 1 picture of the roof carpentry inside it?Ask questions and had to come to a point where we had to involve our settlement agent to get them to dare responding.Business owner does not care.I don't know if Pest be gone" but for sure professionalism and skills are gone from this company!"

Was recommended by our friends for both quality and value. We tried other pest control companies before and they all charged sky high fee without any real result. I was shocked seeing spiders came out from their hiding place after Dean done the spray. It was awesome! Thanks Dean. He was friendly and did an awesome job.

I used this company some years back for a pre-purchase building inspection. They failed to pick up fairly extensive termite damage in the roof which was within 50cm of the manhole. After settlement an Electrician pointed out the damage to me. I queried why this wasn't picked up and was told the termites must have come in & for some reason vacated during the month or so since I'd purchased the property. Two competitor Pest companies STRONGLY opposed this with it clearly being old damage and it being ridiculous that the termites would come and vacate so quickly. I recall having to chase them several times on the phone just so I could pay the invoice (prior to me realising their extreme failings). Some years later, without realising which company it was, I responded to a marketing letter and tried to book an inspection & treatment. Was told they'd call back but never did (Which I'm glad about in hindsight). Have requested they remove me from the mailing list 4 times now since I am no longer at the property which they've also failed to do and are yet to respond.

I can not fault PBS at all. I have red backs and white tail spiders at my home. They are a real problem. I had my house sprayed 5 days ago and since having it sprayed I have found 1 sometimes 2 white tails per day dead or very sick about to die. I will be using them again in 6 months time and every 6 months after that! Thank you PBS!
