Absolutely over the moon with joy.Little background.. just got married and went on honeymoon.. mid honeymoon iPhone crashed and went into restore mode. I tried to plug into iTunes and update software and did other fault finding using programs to bring it out of restore mode so that I could safely recover all my media without restoring the phone which would ultimately mean I lose all my data and media from wedding and honeymoon. I couldn't do it though.So, I took it to PTC Tech Hub at Yomanto, and Kat was able to find the issue and bring it out of restore mode. The issue was with the face ID software.I highly recommend these guys and for anyone with an iPhone to do their research to solve any problem before taking it to apple who only recommend to restore and wipe the phone back to factory settings.I cannot thank Kat and the team enough. I am so grateful. xx

Cannot recommend PTC highly enough!! From the second I walked in the door, Connor and Kat provided me with the most exceptional customer service! I dropped my phone off in terrible condition and had it back fully repaired within an hour! The price was also great for the amount repairs that needed to be completed!
