After being a good tenant for 3 years we got the raw end of the deal. We were told we good tenants. Then when we left we were left with a whopping bill for a house with a granny flat that was already in disrepair, being prone to flooding and with a shower that seeps through the floor. This is after our routine inspections and having raised this with the agents.

The whole sales process was easy as we trusted the advise and guidance from Norman and Simon because of their proven record. They were also genuine, professional and courteous. We had a fantastic result and happy to recommend to anyone seeking to change their address.

As a former renter, James Kang was very professional & reasonable which was a nice change from the agent horror stories that you hear about. There were some lingering minor issues that weren't addressed but seem to be more the landlord inaction.As a future buyer, Belle's agents have been friendly and knowledgeable, without being too pushy (ie some agents will call too often or send too many marketing texts/emails). Jimmy Kang and Lewis Coombe were two I remember but I have interacted with a few others too.

Jimmy was very professional and prompt in answer questions that I had. As a first home buyer, there was a lot of process that I was unfamiliar with. Jimmy took the time out to explain in detail as to what steps I would be expecting and how to go about with each relevant party. He was very pairing in answering any repeater questions and made the purchase process alot easier than trying to figure things out on my own.
