Branden the building manager at 675 Gardeners Road, mascot is absolutely AMAZING!I have dealt with different BMs in the past a few years and he is absolutely the BEST.He is always very patient, always always helpful and he genuinely cares about his tenants instead of just filing forms.Having a Building Manager like Branden can definitely save you lots of trouble, no matter it’s move in/out or just daily issues with the apartment.I really appreciate for this place and its excellent service, and definitely recommend it for you.Besides the place itself is great, very close to the city and has a stunning swimming pool!

Lovely accommodation with excellent facilities (gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna), great variety of options for dining. Convenient location that allows access to train and buses to anywhere in Sydney. Also good management with regular cleaning of windows exteriorly as well as landscaping. Would highly recommend.

Besides being in the heart of Mascot with excellent public transport access, Meriton Kiara North is a fantastic apartment with spacious bedrooms and all the facilities one can expect including Gym, Pool, Sauna, etc. We had a wonderful time. I must appreciate the property manager, Mr Nick Risteski for his excellent services. He made our experience from the initial property inspection to the end of lease formalities very smooth and pleasant. He always responded to all the emails on time. Thanks Nick.

Living here is spectacular the location and all the other services are fantastic beside all that the manager Nick is always looking for residents comfort and always provide convenient solutions for any issue we faced, I truly recommend staying here
