over priced and they don’t give you refunds don’t bother with them

Should be zero stars. My father went in last week to replace he's battery for his car remote $26. Battery was faulty and did not work for less then 24 hours. My father when back for a replace or a refund, shop keeper was rude and aggressive and would not replace or refund. My father then purchased another $26 battery and had the same issues. The shop keeper explained sometimes you get a bad batch of batteries and sold him another one at $26 total $78. Still not working still would not refund or replace. Total waste of money and time do not shop with him. Highly recommend Mr Minit $22 with a 12month warranty and fixed first time. Do not waste your money or time with cv batteries.

I would prefer to give this shop zero stars. He sold me a new remote for my car and gave me the instructions for setting it up. I followed the instructions and it didn't work. He tried to follow the instructions and it didn't work for him either. I asked for a refund and he refused and told me that the problem is my car. Clearly the product was not reasonably fit for purpose and the instructions and product did not match my vehicle. I will be taking this case to Consumer Affairs Victoria and will never trust this shop ever again.

Over charges like a wounded bull.. I won't ever be back to the business again , what a rip off

I was in Epsom and made the mistake of taking some car key blanks to Bunnings to get cut. After they ruined the first one, I did what I should have done in the first place and took it to Neville at CV Batteries. It's amazing the difference both knowledge and skill make. As an engineer, I could appreciate that a lot!The key he cut was perfect. Don't bother going anywhere else.

Buyers beware. DO NOT enter this business. The man behind the counter took on an engraving job of a picture frame but obviously had absolutely no idea of how to do it. Result - picture frame was ruined and the very rude man still charged an arm and a leg for something a five year old could do better. This person should not be allowed to run a business. The one star I have given is for the location.

This shop has the worst customer service. Ridiculous pricing charged and my key still doesn't work. Was not given a refund either. Please don't go here

Bought a Casio digital watch, got home and it didn't work-checked online and there are no instructions as it is a fake. Took it back and was met with a rude and aggressive response. Refused to refund and told us to get out. Don't bother giving them your business.

Would rather give zero stars took my kids in to by a yo-yo and they were looking at the bike grips for there bike they put them back the “wrong”way and he told them to use there bloody brains!!! Told him I’ll never be back with his response being oh well!! Really nasty man don’t waste your money supporting such an unkind person.

Whoa! $13.20 of a button cell battery which Woolworths and Jaycar both sell for $2.95!!!!Would have though a battery specialist would have source of cheaper batteries.
