Went over my Daughters bike she purchased because it was rattling, was bad enough having to tune adjust and re-tighten loose nuts,BUT how the wheels never fell off had me boggled, they were finger tight, absolutely disgusted in his service.For a Specialized dealer id expect some quality of workmanship...not loos wheel nuts, cranks bolts, pedals brake pads ect ect there's a tool called a toque wrench,...it isn't hard to use
