Hi. I have bought a groupon and wanting to contact harbour dive. Can anyone provide me a way to contact them.

I had the experience of my life, scuba diving with Harbour Dive. The SSI online learning system they use is great and the instructors had a great sense of humour. I used my groupon voucher and everything went smoothly. I am now a certified diver and have booked my 5 specialties for my 'Master Diver' certification. I trust these guys with my life.

We purchased the voucher on Cudo , We reached there 15 mins before 8 as told and found the place to be closed . It opened later around 8.05 am . I do not know how the dive experience is as I didn't complete the certification . So this review is not on the quality of the dive am sure the guys are good at what they do , But this review is more to do with with the information put out to us . Though the terms and condition mentioned fins and masks and snorkels should be purchased , We purchased them but did a mistake of purchasing those used for snorkeling, Quote Participants must have their own mask

What an amazing experience. The instructors take you through every step and explain concepts in clear detail. The advice provided on equipment is also top notch. Found a dive shop for life here!

Harbour Dive are clear leaders when it comes to all things Scuba!Their instructors are first class in terms of how they structure the dive courses and they manage to do it in a way that makes it both fun and informative.Also, if you need any dive equipment, they've got a really good range of scuba, snorkelling and spearing gear to choose from and prices are quite competitive!Highly recommended, these guys are great!

We purchased the voucher but ending up having it refunded. I am giving a star for the experience I had in communication with Harbour Dive staff and information they provide/do not provide.I did not find information on web site sufficient so we contacted them to figure out if we can get medical check from our GP instead using GP specialised for diving. At the end they told us that any doctor can sign a dive medical clearance although doctors who have completed a course with the South Pacific Underwater Medicine Society are much better placed to understand the effects diving can have on a persons physiology. We believe that the practitioner who is the most familiar with the person condition can give the most informed opinion. However, while it is their right to give an advice I believe they need to display correct info on web site so that people do not waste money for other doctor if they do not wish to do so.Further, we needed more information about accessibility of the course because of my partner's condition. They first told us that it is all fine if medical doctor says my partner can dive. Then they told us that actually my partner cannot dive because they do not have instructors to dive with people with disabilities. Finally, they refused to take us on course all together telling us (in very rude manner) that they are going to refund us.They absolutely need to understand that some people with disabilities find it very important to get full information about accessibility so that they can plan accordingly. For instance, if there are ladders included (and they are) they need to say so, so that amputees as my partner can bring their prosthetics for water along. In that regard the web site has not been informative and when we tried to give them an example of what kind of information we need they were dismissive and absolutely disinterested to learn.The owner of the place even said to us that we are being unfair.We will explore some other diving schools but we really hope that these guys learn something from this experience and make their service more inclusive. While people without disability do not have to plan that much and can go with a flow, the same does not go for us.

Most professional service you could find anywhere, had an amazing time with the harbour dive crew in Mornington.Instructors are very patient and fun to learn with and i cannot wait to continue learning and diving with them.

Strongly recommend this place for gear and SCUBA courses, great staff that know their stuff and took their time with teaching us all we needed to know.

Using a Groupon Voucher I recently did a two day Scuba Diver Course with this Company. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!! Harbour Dive are fantastic at what they do. The course was well run. We had fantastic, skilled instructors, and the equipment that we were lent was perfect. The whole team actually went above and beyond to help us complete the course, staying behind an extra two hours with us so that we could pass a test and continue on the course. I also saw them going above and beyond for a number of other customers. Allowing people to come back on the following weekends so that they could pass. Everyone one on the course had a great time and all said they were going to come back. Personally since doing that first course I have joined the club and been on more dives.For anyone thinking of trying scuba diving, I would highly recommend Harbour Dive.
