I just bought my car from Alan Mance HSV and I can't say how much I've enjoyed talking and dealing with their team. From sales to Finance they are all great. can't expect more. Very friendly and they actually care about their customers and want to make sure they are are well informed and happy with the progress from the beginning to the end.Thank you team.

Very bad experience. Had 4 services with them for my suzuki Alto. They never replace tyres at all not even check the brake disc. I'm lucky I don't go their any more

Dear Mark Adami,I am not happy with the way the Service Dept looked after me. I brought in my Captiva5 for the 30,000 service on 22 Nov 2013. I was advised after the service that I have to bring back my car early December to fix up an oil leak in the engine. I popped in on 4 December asking for a booking only to be told to come back again early Jan 2014 this time. It's good a service or courtesy car will be provided to me while you have my car for 3-4 days. I hope you will be true in your words this time. But it is unbelievable for a car already having an engine leak after it has only done 30k kilometres. And second, it is trully unbelievable for you to keep me coming back and forth.Rolly Ferrer

Terrible customer service. After driving all the way to Footscray to specifically see this dealer, not only was I not stared up and down dismissively,I was not acknowledged for a good 5 minutes (sales people standing there talking amongst themselves-not busy) I even opened demo car doors to show my interest in buying a new car (if being there in the first place isn't tell tale enough) I requested a quote which was written on the back of a business card, I then asked for it to be done properly, I was told I would receive it by COB today. At 4:36pm still nothing. Would not recommend. The guys at Fern tree Gully were awesome!!

Anthony has been a absolute legend. We ended up getting some invaluable advise and he did so much leg work for us to find the correct silverado. Please support this business they deserve all 5 star. Many thanks Katie and Steve WA

Alan Mance Holden Service Centre (Footscray) did repairs on my Holden Cruze. I found Peter from their Service Department most courteous and helpful and he kept me updated. Pleasure to deal with. Recommend them.

This is the absolute best dealer I have ever dealt with . Even after the sale was done , I was still treated very well , I cannot recommend them enough . I will be definitely be buying more cars from Anthony Jones , both him and the dealer principal Alan Mance are stand up guys!
