Amazing Workforce Australia provider, have provided more assistance in 4 weeks than ETC and Matchworks combined. If you are looking at reentering the workforce this is at the agency to assist you. The proof in on their web page with a large quantity of online training and support and the consultants have a good grasp of local training providers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're looking for work.

Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional staff. They lie and act like they are up on some sort of pedestal when your staff could just as easily end up on job seeker too one day. If I was a staff member here or was in management I’d be so embarrassed by the staff I have.

I've had a very positive experience with Lesley, she's always up to date with what needs to be done so my points are in the clear & goes above and beyond in writing cover letters and keeping my resume up to date as well as helping me with job profiles. Excellent customer service and I couldn't ask for anything more. Also returns phone calls and emails promptly. THANKYOU so very much!!

Not even worth 1 star! This place is ridiculous! Unprofessional, rude, passive aggressive.. the list goes on! They do nothing to help and when you get a job on your own they try to claim the credit for it, make you jump through hoops to please them and expect you to attend appointments they book knowing your not available and expect you to skip work to attend their usless appointments and give you attitude when you try to reschedule. They treat you like trash! There are no signs of compassion anywhere to be found and no appolgys ever given for their mistakes... Nothing... They just don't care!Iv tried to change providers before but instead of letting me go they just assigned me a new person who turned out to be just as bad! Monique never passed on messages when I called causing my payments to get suspended multiple times and now Katrina knows my days off yet sends me a rude message on my birthday (4th June) expecting my payslips by the 6th June knowing im not working any of those days so unable to get them. Then today (6th June) I had a chance to get them after 3pm when I start work yet Katrina suspends my payment again at 10am???? She didn't even give me a chance... now. Im expected to jump to her demands to get my payments reinstated all for her ridiculous demands and impossible time frame?Im over it! Not doing this anymore

Went to APM STRATHPINE because Deception Bay APM making easy tasks difficult and there is no difference what so ever…To worries about following procedures and not taking on their clients as individuals and more discriminating us as the same old bludging cowboy.. didn’t feel like I was listened to at all and still in the same cycle of no distinction !!! I know the staff read the reviews because I just sat in the lobby for 15 mins un attended while all the staff laughed about what we got to say

I cannot stress this enough. Do not go here! If I could give zero stars I would! the staff are unprofessional, rude and condescending. I was in for an appointment and the manager was swearing at the staff at the top of her lungs. My consultant, Rebecca was absolutely useless and wont get back to her clients. The business manager" is also useless and wont get back to you.this place makes hell look organised."

These girls give their all to help people. You would find most of these low reviews are from people who don't want to work or work full time and commit fraud and claim their centrelink too. Dole bludgers. I've seen first hand abusive people they've had to deal with.Natalie Lisa Bronnie and Lesley have been amazingly emapthetic and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.

7 months Ive been reporting to APM. Changed consultants 3 times, and while my current consultant is friendly enough in a face to face meeting, there has been zero effort made to find me employment. Ive had more interviews finding my own jobs on Seek than this place.

Just bloody amazing .lisa is the loveliest person . Amy is a legend . Thank you all for giving me an opportunity to be awesome . Kind and considerate just bloody amazing
