Amazing customer service and lovely owners, we ordered for a back support oonjal and by the time it arrived I saw few videos of convertible back support and was telling Mr.Siva, for my surprise he said, they just got them and kind enough to change my order. Wow. The new retail store on Main Street is icing on the cake on the already great product range offered online. We purchased wooden swing (oonjal) from Chennai stores. Siva was very helpful in explaining all the details. The product was delivered as promised on time. The intricacies and detailed designs were exactly the same as we discussed with Siva before. Highly recommend Chennai stores for traditional south Indian items and wooden swing.
