Didn't receive a tax return , rang 3 times to try find out why, told someone would ring me back still haven't heard anything a month after lodging , absolutely useless try avoid

Still waiting for tax to be completed after 5 1/2 weeks.Was told someone would phone me but that has not happened either.Very dissapointed, should never have taken friends advice to ho there.Addit , after emailing a complaint, response was fast and tax has been completed with an apology.

If I could give minus stars I would. Terrible at chasing up with their customers let alone my return taking over one month to complete with them saying yes it will be done this week, Week after week. Definitely one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Trying to chase up why my Return had big fees but no response as i appear to be just another number.Do not go there.
