This shop has cheaper and better flooring than the huge bulk chains in Sydney, which I find extremely surprising as we searched high and low for the best value to fill out our large commercial space. Real experts. I send everyone here.

Bad experience. Will never visit this shop again

We purchased carpet to be laid in two rooms. We expected that we would be provided with a date of install once payment was made. However, this seemed to be a challenge for the business and let down the service tremendously. The owner was unable to give us a timeframe on when the carpet would be put in, or a date. This is challenging with no notice as spaces need to be prepared for install. The man who laid the carpet was pleasant, polite and efficient. We were happy with the end result, however, we were disappointed over the lack of organisation from the business. It appears as though they need to adjust their systems to fit modern day living and provide a date for install.

Outstanding customer service. Very well priced and good quality carpets. Went to get a quote from another retailer and was hit with a heap of hidden extras, not the case with Carpet Factory. Anton has been helping people get quality, affordable carpets for over 50 years. You can tell he puts customers first and has been doing so for a long time. Highly recommend!

I have never reviewed a store before but this store is a hidden treasure! We were discussing what else needs doing and how lucky we are to find such a hidden treasure when we realised there were not many reviews on google. So here goes.It has the biggest showroom of rugs we have ever seen. We bought a lovely large rug and I absolutely love it. Great price and really big for the lounge. We were just there to look at rugs but my husband said the flooring was almost half what we paid to sell our old house, so he bought some waterproof flooring for the workshop. We were going to leave that floor as concrete, but the price was too good to be true. He raves about the quality being better and being easier to install than what he bought for the old house. It also looks much nicer to me. Now I am eying off cushion carpet tiles for the theatre room to cover the horrible echoing tiles and dreaming of a real spotted gum floor for the house. Before finding this shop it seemed well out of our budget. Now it all seems possible.So if you are looking for floors and carpets and reading this, I highly recommend a visit to Carpet Factory. You will be glad you did!

Great range of high quslity products and advice at competitive prices.

Very good prices and honest, helpful service from Anton. Didn't try to upsell or add in unnecessary extras. Gave good advice on options, pros/cons and prices. Installation was very quick after locking in our order which was very nice to speed up our move in. Final product looks great. Would recommend.

Good quality rugs, carpets and carpet tiles at an affordable price. They have a large variety of items and colors for home and commercial places. They are careful to manufacture their carpets in certified places, so you don't introduce nasty chemicals in your home (Something to consider if you have pets, children, your family or your staff). Excellent service. The guys are quite helpful and friendly. We bought a couple of rugs for our home. Our next project will be the runway carpet for the hallway. If you have a renovation project for your home, you should definitely have a look to their shop. Free parking nearby or in front of the shop, and wheelchair accessible (no stairs).
