Always fantastic customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would! When asking for a medical certificate for carers leave theChemist was rude, judgemental and arrogant!So was the retail assistant. They declined to serve me stating he wouldn’t be putting his name to it. Well the chemist in the next block was more than happy to help. I’ll never go back. Poor customer service! Pathetic!!

My local pharmacist at healthSave Pharmacy New Lambton is amazing! He always goes beyond my expectations. He has helped me on so many occasions with my medication needs and really does care about his customers. So friendly and customer focused. I always leave the store impressed and so thankful for such a positive experience.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over four years now and despite having moved further away from there, I haven’t changed pharmacies and have no plans to do so.The pharmacist that owns this place is one of a kind in terms of taking care of his customers. He has been an invaluable part of my care team and has helped me through some of the most challenging times of my life in terms of health. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all of his products and is fantastic at educating his customers on their medications and their effects. If you are looking for a pharmacist that you can have an in-depth conversation on the currently available research and information on your medications, then this is the place to go!I love how they also sell lots of eco-friendly products to support protecting and maintaining the environment!
