Through my own lack of computing competence I inadvertantly deleted all the data on my computer and I could not restart my machine...Martin confidently suggested that he likely could recover everything for me and restore operation...he did this and patiently explained all that I needed to do ensure this doesn't occur againFurthermore, we chatted about giving my computer a new lease on life with an upgrade to both the hard drive and the memory...Martin managed this upgrade work with ease and I am just so impressed with the resulting increase in performanceHighly recommend Jmacs service to anyone needing computer support on the Adelaide area

Martin was excellent in fixing my MacBook Air which stopped working after I tried to update it. He was extremely accommodating, and provided me with some great information about my device I found really helpful. Very knowledgeable about Apple systems.Great, fast service.
