Ned is a true professional. Have used him for my business computers for almost 2 years now, his knowledge exceeds all other computer techs I've engaged in the past. Today he fixed hard to trace complex issue, after I spent 2 hours with the Microsoft helpline with no outcome. Highly recommend and a nice guy also!!
