Care Direct
I recently underwent total knee replacement to my right leg. I live alone and had no family support. Care Direct were engaged through DVA to provide a Nurse to Home to help me with my recovery process. My Nurse, Michael, was a caring, compassionate and very skilled health professional. Without his help, my recovery, both physically and mentally would not have been as good as it has been. I would like to publicly acknowledge the wonderful treatment that Michael provided to me.

I recently required a surgery which had me in a position of struggling to complete household duties. Being my ASD son’s primary carer, this would have affected him. The service I received was 2nd to none. As an organisation they show compassion, kindness and care. My particular cleaner was phenomenal which is saying something given i am OCD in the house usually.

Care Direct are amazing. We have a male nurse looking after my husband with an extremely painful & difficult wound to dress which also gets worse by the day & proves very challenging. Our nurse takes time & such gentle care & we are SO lucky to have him.
