Thank you Joe .Joe spoke to me over the phone and came up to install a replacement motor/ lifter. His friendly manner and many years of expertise was excellent.Joe had the unit Installed with an hour an a half with no fuss, which included regreasing the door joints and door re balanced to make sure it worked to its optimum performance and last another 20 years .The price was very reasonable as wellI can’t thank Joe enough . A True local friendly person who you can trust .I can’t recommend him highly enough.Definitely 5 stars.Shaun
