Professional work and excellent customer service.

i am writing this to commend and recommend rscs. We have had ouro roller shutters repaired and cleaned by rscs and were extremely impressed with this company's professionalism, work ethic and level of service. In near 40 degree heat the staff approached his task in a very enthusiastic and truly pressional manner that is all to ofen missing in many business today. Not to mention, extremely competitive charges. We are more than happy to recommend this company to anyone who is considering having their shutters cleaned, serviced and repaired.

RSCS replaced the battery & serviced my roller shutters in 2016, service was good, however the battery only lasted 18 months instead of the usual 4+years. This time the office service was very poor, 3 months & 9 phone calls later I still had no responses, many failed promises! In frustration I called another company who came out in 3 days & replaced the faulty battery that RSCS put in 2016. However after my complaint Tyson (RSCS owner) come out the next day & fitted a controller to fix the problem causing the battery to fail. Tyson has gone the extra mile, above & beyond what he needed to do. Tyson is very passionate about the service his business provides, gone out of his way to make amends for this unfortunate incident. Yes I still recommend this company & will use again.
