I can absolutely recommend P & S Building to everyone. The whole renovation process, from communication to construction, has been a breeze and I'm overjoyed with their work.James and Kalym's craftsmanship is outstanding. They were punctual, respectful, hard-working and collaborative. Kris and Simone were amazing, always friendly and clear with plans and schedules, which helped greatly in organising my life as a shift-worker.They've created the nicest room in my home and I can't thank them enough ☺️My reno was removing two walls, inserting a large stacker sliding door, replacing a kitchen window and sealing up a back door (utilising some of the weatherboards from a wall that was removed).

Highly recommend using P and S. Very professional and did a great job at redoing my sunroom at Basin View which had structural issues with rotted wood. They recommended new windows too, which look fantastic. Came on time, all tradies were lovely and polite and clean. No problems. Would definitely use again.

I contacted P&S Building and Construction to resolve a water leak from my balcony into the rooms below. I had contacted several other builders to quote, some did not show up and others just walked away as the job of finding and repairing the leak would be troublesome and difficult.P&S Building was the only builder who did not walk away, co-ordinated and supplied the trades to address the leak at a very reasonable and honest price.They were on site as planned and stayed until the leak was resolved and all work completed.They did an exceptional job in resolving the leak. The tradesmen were interested in the job and showed a genuine will to do the best job they could.The cost of my remedial work was very competitive and reasonable, I was happy with all aspects of the financial side of my experience.Firstly, I am very grateful to Kris for his positive attitude to this difficult job and to Rob for personalising the on site work and positive outcome.I highly recommend P&S Building and Construction for all construction work from a new build home to any remedial work where you want a personalised experience and professional outcome.Great company to deal with who have a passion to complete their work as if the job was for their own home.

P & S remodelled our front door entry space and fitted front door, also fitted some external louvres. As well as doing a great job they were good communicators, professional and punctual. Would definitely use their services again.
