Was recommended phoenix blinds by 2 close friends who said they had great experiences with Phoenix blinds. They were not wrong. It was super easy to book an appointment to have a quote provided. Wayne was amazing and demonstrated great care with us as first home buyers providing us with great advice! Turnaround time for installation was quick. Ben installed our blinds and the service continued to be great. Friendly , efficient and an overall great result was provided by Ben. Cannot recommend Phoenix blinds enough, we are so happy with our blinds. Thank you to Wayne and Ben for the great service!

I booked an appointment weeks in advance for a curtain quote. I booked for 8am as I work 10-6. The night before my appointment I received a text message saying my appointment was at 4pm. I called the next morning and told her my appointment was booked for 8am and she said no it's booked for 4pm. I told her I would have to cancel as I work and she got annoyed with me and didn't even apologise or offer to reschedule. Thankfully I used someone else as my cousin ordered curtains from Pheonix and they got the size wrong and tried to say that's what she ordered.

This is a family owned business and it shows. Great service and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they don't have the arrogant attitude that bigger and more established businesses in this industry have. Very competitive on pricing and no order is too complicated.

Bought $10000 worth of blinds and shutters from Phoenix and they were fantastic. We live near Nowra and got 3 quotes locally and 3 quotes from the Wollongong area and Phoenix were the cheapest. Courtney was great when we placed the order and the installation was done without any problems at all. Buy your blinds from Phoenix, you will not be sorry.

Could not recommend a better team, the consultation was on time, the knowledge and experience was second to none and they gave us such a reasonable quote we ordered the blinds on the spot, we also loved the idea of supporting a family business.Thank you so much for our awesome roller blinds, which have been installed already and the installation was fast and with great craftsmanship.The product is such good quality, we will be telling all my friends and family to see Phoenix Blinds.

Great customer service and good products.We had Phoenix fit our whole house when new with roller blinds 12 years ago. The quality has endured seaside living and served us well.
