Beautique Skin and Beauty

I have been coming to Beautique Erina for a number of years and have had many treatments with them. The staff are always amazing, very pleasant and I am always extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend Beautique and Beautique Erina for any beauty treatment.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Beautique Erina. I always have such a positive experience when going into the salon for a treatment. Such a lovely environment and the staff are so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always happy to chat. Looking forward to my next appointment already, thank you ladies!

I just treated myself to an Earth Elements Package which includes a hot stone massage, facial, scalp massage and foot treatment. I was a bit disappointed. The massage and facial was lovely, except for the child screaming in the waiting area. The scalp massage was very brief and then I left the calm environment of the treatment room to sit out in the wait area to have a foot treatment. The treatment wasn't very thorough and I waded told to sit there for 10 minutes to stretch out the time of the treatment while my nails dried. When my treatment finished 15 minutes earlier than it should of I was told it was because I chose quick drying nail polish. I don't think you would make people sit there for 25 minutes of their treatment waiting for the nail polish to dry. The lady next to me was getting the same foot treatment and she was having her dead skin scrubbed off. I didn't get this either which I am in need of.

I had my waxing done here, the girls were great and made me feel more than comfortable and they were very gentle. I got my eyelashes tinted as well and they did an awesome job and it lasted weeks. Very happy with my experience, will be back again for sure

I had a voucher for $100 to go get my waxing done, overall service was great. All up was $80 not a problem, I just asked if they could wax a few nose hairs, with remaining voucher. Staff member said I wouldn’t have enough, I was literally $5 short. So the charge for nose hair waxing was $25 never in my life have I been charged that. Didn’t get service done for that part. Went ahead to give more business and booked package in, when I gave feedback about my circumstances they went ahead and cancelled my package. Just feel it was a little disappointing, I know nothings for free, but it really wasn’t a lot compared to the business I would given them in the future,

Bought my wife The Urban Retreat voucher for her birthday. She called it 2 and a half hours of bliss, and said it was the best birthday present she has ever had. Thanks for looking after Trish for me. Would highly recommend Beautique Erina and their lovely staff.

Wow, what an unprofessional business. I made an appointment on a Monday for Thursday for a pedicure. I was rung by Julie the manager to inform me a staff member was sick and could I reschedule for 4-30. In my way around to the salon I noticed a missed call from them. I arrived about 4-25 and was told they could not fit me in and made to feel as though I was to blame. The two young girls were rude and dismissed me. I rang Julie the manager the following morning and could hear the two girls in question saying “It’s her.” They had told their manager I was late which I was not. Julie did offer to fit me in that day but I am taking my business elsewhere. Never in my 53 years have I been made to feel so disrespectful.

Had a friend visit the Erina salon yesterday. While she found the customer service pleasant, the end result was definitely less than impressive especially for the price. She had a mani-pedi, polish is already chipping, on closer inspection the side of a couple of nails were missed. The polish on the big toes looks like only one coat had been applied. Overall not happy, wouldn't recomnend.

Today I had the most wonderful facial with Tahlia. I was looking forward to this, but it exceeded my (high) expectations. Thank you for a relaxing, fabulous experience. Sandy West
