Eleanor and the team at Popup With Style were incredible to work with and helped us create our perfect wedding. From the very outset they got straight to the heart of what was important to us and sourced options that were better than we could have dreamed of. Eleanor was always one step ahead of what needed to happen and kept us on track and calm through the whole experience. We were blown away by how well everything came together, and on the day Eleanor made sure everything ran perfectly (and made sure we ate too!!). We couldn't speak more highly of Popup with Style - they made our day perfect.

Choosing to get help from the amazing girls at Popup with style was 100% the best decision we made for our wedding. I actually could not of done it without them! Jess was so amazing and totally understood the style we wanted and suggested vendors that fit with that style. We were planning our wedding from overseas so removing the stress of this was such a lifesaver. Lots of people commented on how wonderful the celebrant, food, band, flowers were and these are all things that Jess recommended to us! She made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day including holding our oysters in the freezing cold that we snacked on while getting our photos done. Everything was totally perfect and it was due to Jess and the team running around making sure it went seamlessly. If you are wondering whether to book Popup or not I would say 100% do it as it’s the best money you will spend for your whole wedding!

If you are planning a wedding where your venue is a blank canvas, Jess’s team will make all your visions come to reality, no matter how jumbled they might be, and she'll work with your budget.They were always available to help with the little details in the lead up to the wedding and stepped it up again on the day. Jess had the right mix of ‘let it flow’, and ‘we need to do this right now!’ approach. We work away, so having Jess to rely on to pull all the Vendors together before our wedding, to completely entrust styling to, to co-ordinating everything on the day, just meant that we could enjoy the lead up and our day even more. No issue" seemed too hard

We contacted Kahlie shortly before our wedding as we felt we were 'almost there' and overall feeling pretty well organised. But when we thought about how we wanted the day to run, we knew we wanted to be able to be present with our friends and family above all else, and hence decided to engage an 'on the day coordinator'. Kahlie was fabulous, pleasant to work with, professional, well acquainted with the suppliers we'd chosen on the Mornington Peninsula and overall a serene and calming influence. Our day went perfectly, and we're sure Kahlie had a big part to play in that, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I booked this company for an on-the-day Coordinator for my wedding. After I paid my deposit, they completely ghosted me! I never heard from them again. I wanted a coordinator as I have no family living local and wanted to minimise the stress of the day. Two weeks out of the wedding date, I hadn't heard anything. (When this was the whole point of having a coordinator!) Luckily my venue offered to help me, so I emailed 'Pop up with style' to cancel my booking with them. I never even got a response or acknowledgement. Zero communication once my deposit was paid. Very unprofessional and unreliable

Kahlie from Popup with Style recently planned, styled and coordinated our micro wedding and we couldn't recommend her more highly. We had a loose vision of what we wanted our wedding to be like and Kahlie used this information to create something beyond our wildest dreams. She pulled together vendors including the venue which we would have never found ourselves to create the perfect day. Kahlie truly went above and beyond for us, was so easy to work with, extremely generous with her time (she even gave us recommendations, tips and contacts for a post wedding party we were planning separate to the event) and made the whole wedding planning process fun. We began working with Kahlie from Pop Up With Style about 16months ago. After the first phone call I felt like we really clicked. The conversation was easy, and she really seemed to understand what kind of event we wanted to have. Then after the first meeting, I knew I wanted to work with her.Kahlie is really genuine and caring. She really took the time to understand us and helped us put together an event that so very 'us'.Then covid happened. Kahlie was super supportive through the whole process. Both Melbourne lockdowns. We had plans for rescheduling, 10 guests, 20, then 50 and finally 100. She was always communicating with our vendors and us. Finally we had our wedding last weekend and throughout the night Kahlie was there to keep the night running. And she took the time to check in with us over the night to make sure everything was going to plan.It was perfect and Kahlie is an absolute GEM!

Jess and the girls were amazing through our whole planning process. When we first met with Jess, we knew we’d made the right decision to get a wedding planner. We thought only people in movies got a wedding planner but she was affordable and we thought why not! She made everything in our minds happen and the on day coordination was amazing. Everything definitely wouldn’t have run smoothly without Popup With Style!
